Responsibilities:
Installation, support and administration of Windows desktops and laptops
Installation, support and administration of applications using the Windows platform
Resolve various technical problems
Service Desk phone coverage as scheduled
Qualifications
Qualifications:
BS or BA in Computer Science or related field preferred
1 - 2 years working experience in a networked environment preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and attention to detail
A good understanding of the Windows desktop operating system
A good understanding of desktop hardware
A good understanding of TCP/IP protocol
