Key Responsibilities:
Quickly respond to, open, and own helpdesk tickets/requests; monitor and update daily, ensuring effective resolution.
Manage request delivery on a first-in, first-out basis according to priority, ensuring SLA compliance.
Update request statuses in ticketing software.
Coordinate with in-house and third-party vendors to complete tasks within agreed timelines and costs.
Assist SDMs, Project Coordinators, and Team Leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
Secure completed Site Visit Reports (Pre and Post).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in IT, Service Desk, or Technical Support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Willingness to work onsite.
Intermediate knowledge of IT SLAs and performance metrics.
