Job Description

Are you proud of your English language communication as well as problem-solving skills and delivering exceptional customer service? Join our dynamic team as a Service Desk Associate and play a vital role in supporting our financial customers.

While providing quality technical support and presenting ideas in user-friendly language, your main duties would be

  • Acting as a single point of contact for financial customers, managing incidents effectively
  • Talking customers through basic problem-solving processes to resolve their issues and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring ATM networks to detect and address potential issues proactively
  • Troubleshooting and providing creative solutions to undocumented problems
  • Escalating complex issues internally and externally following defined procedures
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

What we expect from you

  • High school diploma
  • Fluency in speaking and writing of English language
  • Advance knowledge of the English language
  • Advanced knowledge level of Windows OS
  • Analytical and problem-solving attitude
