What’s the buzz about Service Desk?

At Span Service Desk, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping resolve technical issues and ensuring an excellent support experience. More than 50% of customer requests are successfully resolved by our Service Desk team, making it a key part of our customer success story.

You'll work closely with experienced engineers and gain valuable insight into real-world IT operations.

As part of our Service Desk team, you will support daily operational activities through simple administrative and technical tasks, including:

  • Monitor and process basic customer requests and support tickets
  • Update and maintain records in internal systems
  • Support the team with day-to-day operational activities
  • Escalate more complex technical issues to senior team members
  • Learn and develop practical IT support skills in a professional environment

What you bring:

  • Education or ongoing studies in IT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Basic technical knowledge and computer literacy
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Reliability, responsibility, and eagerness to learn and develop new skills

Work organization and other details:

  • Temporary summer position (20–40 hours per week) running from the end of July until the end of September 2026
  • Flexible shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 20:00
  • Hourly rate: €6.80
  • Location: Koturaška 47, Zagreb
