π― Your Responsibilities
π¬ Act as the first point of contact for users via phone, chat, email, and self-service portal
π§Ύ Log, track, and document incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool
β±οΈ Ensure timely resolution of user issues within defined SLAs
π€ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems
π Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
π Document solutions and contribute to continuous service improvement
π§ Participate in process optimization initiatives
π Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting KPI targets
π£οΈ Fluent/native in Polish (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
π» 1β3 yearsβ experience in IT Service Desk, Application Support, or Technical Support (L1βL2)
π Bachelorβs degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
βοΈ Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.)
π Good understanding of IT concepts β SDLC, operating systems, databases
πΌ Experience with SAP or other enterprise applications
π ITIL Foundation or similar certification is a plus
π‘ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
π Customer-focused, proactive, and organized under pressure
