🎯 Your Responsibilities

πŸ’¬ Act as the first point of contact for users via phone, chat, email, and self-service portal

🧾 Log, track, and document incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool

⏱️ Ensure timely resolution of user issues within defined SLAs

🀝 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems

πŸ“ˆ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

πŸ“š Document solutions and contribute to continuous service improvement

🧠 Participate in process optimization initiatives

πŸ•’ Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting KPI targets

🧠 Your Profile

πŸ—£οΈ Fluent/native in Polish (C1) and proficient in English (B2)

πŸ’» 1–3 years’ experience in IT Service Desk, Application Support, or Technical Support (L1–L2)

πŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

βš™οΈ Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.)

πŸ“Š Good understanding of IT concepts β€” SDLC, operating systems, databases

πŸ’Ό Experience with SAP or other enterprise applications

πŸ“˜ ITIL Foundation or similar certification is a plus

πŸ’‘ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

πŸ™Œ Customer-focused, proactive, and organized under pressure
