π― Your Responsibilities
π¬ Act as the first point of contact for users via phone, chat, email, or self-service portal
π§Ύ Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool
β±οΈ Ensure issues are handled within defined SLAs, escalating when necessary
π€ Collaborate with internal teams and resolver groups to resolve complex problems
π Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
π Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge sharing
π§ Participate in process improvement and service enhancement initiatives
π Manage multiple priorities efficiently and adhere to performance KPIs
π£οΈ Fluent/native in Dutch (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
π» 1β3 yearsβ experience in IT Service Desk, Application, or Technical Support (L1βL2)
π Bachelorβs degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
π§© Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.)
βοΈ Knowledge of IT concepts β SDLC, operating systems, databases
π Experience supporting SAP or enterprise applications
π ITIL Foundation or similar certification is a plus
