🎯 Your Responsibilities

πŸ’¬ Act as the first point of contact for users via phone, chat, email, or self-service portal

🧾 Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool

⏱️ Ensure issues are handled within defined SLAs, escalating when necessary

🀝 Collaborate with internal teams and resolver groups to resolve complex problems

πŸ“ˆ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

πŸ“š Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge sharing

🧠 Participate in process improvement and service enhancement initiatives

πŸ•’ Manage multiple priorities efficiently and adhere to performance KPIs

🧠 Your Profile

πŸ—£οΈ Fluent/native in Dutch (C1) and proficient in English (B2)

πŸ’» 1–3 years’ experience in IT Service Desk, Application, or Technical Support (L1–L2)

πŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

🧩 Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.)

βš™οΈ Knowledge of IT concepts β€” SDLC, operating systems, databases

πŸ“Š Experience supporting SAP or enterprise applications

πŸ“˜ ITIL Foundation or similar certification is a plus

πŸ’‘ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

πŸ™Œ Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, adaptable attitude
