About Us
For over a century, our Paints & Coatings brands have helped shape the homes, buildings, and infrastructure that define Australia and New Zealand. From protecting iconic landmarks to adding colour to everyday spaces, our work makes a lasting impact.
Proudly part of the DuluxGroup and home to some of the region’s most trusted and beloved brands including Dulux, Berger, Acratex, British Paints, and Porter’s Paints - you’ll be joining a team of passionate people globally who are proud to create, innovate, and lead.
We’re consistently recognised as one of ANZ’s most trusted brands, and we’re committed to building better futures - for our customers, our communities, and our people.
What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a hands-on ServiceDesk Analyst to join our ANZ IT team based in Wellington (Gracefield). This is not a typical call-centre style service desk role. You will be the primary onsite IT presence in Wellington, combining customer-focused remote support with real, face-to-face technical ownership.
As the ServiceDesk Analyst, you will support end users across New Zealand and Australia, acting as the go-to IT contact onsite in Wellington. Your day will balance phone-based service desk support with hands-on technical work, from resolving laptop and printer issues to assisting with basic connectivity and infrastructure checks. You will work independently during early hours while being backed by a wider ANZ IT team, giving you ownership of issues from first contact through to resolution. This role gives you exposure beyond standard service desk work, while still grounding you in strong customer service and technical fundamentals.
If you are confident at Level 1–2 support and keen to broaden your skills across hardware, onsite troubleshooting, and Microsoft technologies, this role offers variety, autonomy, and genuine development.
