We are currently partnering with a prestigious government organization in Abu Dhabi to recruit an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their Corporate Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage and coordinate service requests through the organization's Service Desk platform, ensuring requests are assigned, tracked, and completed within agreed service levels.
• 
  Support day-to-day workplace and corporate services operations by coordinating with internal departments and external service providers.
• 
  Administer employee and contractor access, including ID card issuance, access permissions, and building access requests.
• 
  Maintain accurate records within the ServiceNow platform and ensure all service requests are updated accordingly.
• 
  Prepare regular operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.
• 
  Monitor recurring work orders and scheduled maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
• 
  Assist with time and attendance administration, workplace asset tracking, and inventory records.
• 
  Coordinate the issuance and return of company assets, access devices, and security credentials.
• 
  Respond professionally to employee enquiries and provide excellent internal customer support.
• 
  Assist with general administrative activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Corporate Services.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 
  Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Desk, Corporate Services, Workplace Services, Facilities Management, or Administration within a corporate environment.
• 
  Hands-on experience using ServiceNow is essential. ServiceNow certification will be considered an advantage.
• 
  Familiarity with access control systems, employee ID management, visitor management, or building security processes.
• 
  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• 
  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• 
  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  High attention to detail with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• 
  Arabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
