Are you a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, and making technology work better for everyone? We’re looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our Data and Digital team, supporting Health Hawke’s Bay and Tū Ora Compass Health.
This Hawke’s Bay–based role sits at the heart of our ICT Service Desk, providing high-quality support to internal staff and external primary care providers. You’ll play a key role in resolving technical issues, improving service delivery, and contributing to continuous improvement across a wide range of digital tools and technologies.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team working across two partner organisations, both committed to improving equitable health outcomes for our communities.

Health Hawke’s Bay – Te Oranga o Te Matau-a-Māui is an established PHO serving the Hawke’s Bay region, supporting general practices and community providers to improve health outcomes and life expectancy across Hawke’s Bay, with a strong focus on Māori and other underserved populations.
Our Data and Digital team operates jointly across Health Hawke’s Bay and Tū Ora Compass Health, enabling seamless technology services that support clinicians, practices, and staff to deliver care where it matters most.
