  • Handle a wide variety of customer queries
  • Recognize faults and advise the correct course of action
  • Ensuring customer queries and issues are followed through until completion

  • Take remote action via remote tools to clear faults on ATMs

What we expect from you

  • High school diploma
  • Fluency in speaking and writing of English language
  • Well-developed computer skills (MS Office is a must)
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and team spirit
  • Willingness to work during weekends
