Job Description
Service Designer (UX/UI)
We are looking for an experienced Service Designer to bridge the gap between user experience strategy and digital interface design. You will design end-to-end service experiences, from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, and solution validation, ensuring seamless and user-centered digital services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs and business objectives.
Design and map user journeys, personas, customer experiences, and service blueprints.
Create wireframes and prototypes to translate service design concepts into digital solutions.
Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders, project teams, and users.
Ensure consistency and quality across all user touchpoints and digital experiences.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure UX best practices and accessibility standards are respected.
Support continuous improvement through user testing, analytics, and performance evaluation.
Contribute to the implementation of information security and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Strong experience in Service Design, UX Design, or Digital Experience Design.
Expertise in requirements analysis and translating business needs into user-centered solutions.
Experience creating user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with Agile project environments.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable user insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
