Southern 441 Toyota is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Department Coordinator to support our fast-paced service operation. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, assisting with warranty administration processes, coordinating departmental activities, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the service department.
Organize, process, and maintain service department documentation and records.
Support the Warranty Administrator by preparing, reviewing, and managing required documentation.
Upload and manage files and records within dealership systems.
Coordinate service department meetings, training sessions, and special events.
Assist with daily administrative tasks and departmental projects.
Ensure documents are accurately processed and available when needed.
Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, management, and other dealership departments.
Maintain organization and compliance with internal procedures and manufacturer requirements.
Help streamline processes and support overall service department efficiency.
Previous administrative, office, or dealership experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience in automotive service operations is a plus but not required.
