At EY, we are building a better working world by helping organizations run and transform their most critical business operations. As part of our growing Managed Services practice, we are looking for a Service Delivery Team Leader to join our Finance, Accounting and Tax Delivery Team.
In this role, you will lead operational teams within the EY Viseu Delivery Center, acting as a key driver of service delivery excellence, operational performance and continuous improvement across Finance & Accounting Managed Services.
The Service Delivery Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day management, performance and evolution of a Finance & Accounting (F&A) Managed Services operation. The role ensures delivery excellence against contractual commitments (SLAs / KPIs), strong client engagement, regulatory compliance and effective people leadership across end-to-end F&A processes.
