Principal Engineer, Service Delivery

As a Principal Engineer, you will design and deliver advanced solutions, automate operations, and improve reliability. You will create documentation and handover materials for sustained success.

You will:

• Performs specific delivery management activities (deployment) in support of broader delivery management initiatives
• Supports higher level delivery management/manager roles. Coordinates development and consolidation of technical and process documentation
• Directly assists customers in identifying issues / obstacles and alternatives for resolution
• Services delivered are typically less complex (in terms of number of locations, products delivered or system complexity) and smaller in revenue scope
• Identifies opportunities for growth within the customer environment

Essential Requirements

• 7-10 years of strong exposure in the deployment of DellEMC products such as PowerMax, Powerstore, Powerscale, Connectrix, Poweredge, Dell Networking Switches (L2) and ECS.project deployment or management of enterprise infrastructures with a Bachelor Degree
• A Strong foundation in the major OS such as Windows, Linux, Openshift and VMWare
• Knowledge in Dell Backup products such as Networker, PPDM and Data Domain will be big advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills.Strong command in both English and Vietnamese communication.

• Flexibility in performing tasks out of office hours. Preferably Vietnamese Citizen as we have deal with many secured government sites.

Desirable Requirements

• Exposure to Nvidia products such as BCM and Spectrum Switches will be a big advantage.
• Knowledge in Kubernetes will be a big advantage. Capability to perform hardware installation will be an added advantage.
