L’équipe Infrastructure & Opérations souhaite structurer et optimiser le pilotage des services IT (Incident, Request, Change) dans un environnement Digital Workplace Microsoft.
Le Service Delivery Manager pilote un support niveau 1 externalisé et une équipe interne niveau 2.
Il garantit la qualité de service, la gestion des incidents majeurs, le pilotage des changements et l’expérience utilisateur.
Le rôle combine Service Delivery, Incident Management et Change Management, avec une forte interaction métier et fournisseur.
La volumétrie actuelle totalise 600 tickets/mois niveau 1, 40 tickets niveau 2/semaine et env. 20 demandes de changements./ semaines.
