We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of our services to clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective coordination, communication, and problem-solving.

You’ll break new ground by

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services, meeting clients' needs and expectations.
  • Maintain and align service delivery strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor service and project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactively identify potential risks, anticipate client concerns, and take appropriate actions to mitigate any issues.
  • As a service delivery professional, you need to provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and implementing best practices.
  • Timely billing and timesheet submission
  • Review hiring strategy and support teams with timely onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in service delivery management or a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Solid understanding of service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, ITIL Framework and case management tools e.g. Servicenow.
  • Familiarity with technology solutions and services is a plus.
