Service Delivery Manager
Job Purpose: Guarantee the agile delivery on time and continuously of each phase, product within the project life cycle, ensuring in each deliverable enablers that connect within the IT transformation strategy.
Responsabilities
Works closely with development teams, customers, and other stakeholders to plan and coordinate the activities necessary to deliver a product or service.
Monitors and manages resources necessary for successful delivery, including staff.
Identify and manage risks that could affect project delivery.
Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the project moves forward smoothly.
Maintains clear and effective communication with all team members, clients and other interested parties.
Provides regular updates on project progress.
Ensures that the products or services delivered meet established quality standards and customer expectations.
Addresses and resolves issues that may arise during development and delivery, seeking effective solutions and minimizing negative impacts on the project.
Constantly look for ways to improve processes and efficiency in project delivery. It may involve implementing best practices and adopting new tools or approaches.
Participate in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of software.
Contribute to software architecture and technical decision making.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with software development teams, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure fast, high-quality delivery of applications.
Provide technical leadership on projects, guiding other team members in implementing solutions.
Actively influence architectural and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
Ensure development practices are secure and meet company security standards.
Stay up to date on trends and advances in software development.
Evaluate and adopt new technologies effectively.
Experience
Master's degree in computer science and/or finance desirable
BS in Computer Science or Engineering (MS preferred);
2 years experience in an iterative/agile software development lifecycle;
4 years experiences Project management experience (PMP knowledge required), certification optional;
2 years experience in DevOps and Scrum methodologies;
6 years experience in APIs and Webservices development;
6 years experience in Web based solutions;
6 years experience in Mobile based solutions ;
Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals, in gathering information and communicating direction;
Demonstrable skills in algorithm development and problem solving;
Must be a team player, and have excellent communication skills;
Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work;
Experience with CMS like Drupal and Wordpress.
Knowledge about APIs and Webservices principles and design standards.
Experience with Node.js, PHP, Java.
Experience with NoSQL databases like Cassandra, Couchbase.
Operating systems experience

Develop and maintain a detailed project plan that includes activities, milestones, resources, and deadlines.
Create regular project status reports to communicate progress to stakeholders, for internal and external stackeholders/Vendors.
