Job Description

The opportunity:

Kinetic is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead depot operations, drive safety and service performance, and develop high-performing teams. This an opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing national business that keeps communities connected every day.

You'll be involved in:

  • Aligning your team to business values and objectives through active and inclusive leadership
  • Collaborating with different divisions of the business to drive efficiencies and positive change, improve service delivery, streamline processes and perform data analysis for reporting
  • Engaging with all staff to maintain strong relationships and promote a positive and collaborative/supportive work culture
  • Monitoring performance against budget and proactively working to implement strategies that address any issues
  • Ensuring a high standard of safety and presentation and completing a variety of compliance and auditing tasks to identify areas of improvement
  • Monitoring adherence to organisational policies, procedures, rules and regulations and taking remedial action through performance management

  • Experience (2 Years+) leading teams of over 100 people in a large operational leadership role in an industrialised environment.
  • High-level knowledge of operational systems and logistics functions
  • Broad change management and leadership experience within large operational teams
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving and data analysis skills
  • Strong computer literacy with exposure to Power BI and Power Automate highly desirable
  • High level of initiative and ability to adapt to a continual changing work environment
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a heavy vehicle drivers’ licence (MR or above), relevant authority and Working with Children Check, or willing to attain.
