About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Service Delivery professional to play a key role within xAmplify’s Managed Services team, supporting the delivery of high‑quality, Agile managed services to a growing Federal Government client base.

This is a highly visible, hands‑on role where you’ll act as a trusted representative of xAmplify — owning service delivery outcomes, driving performance, and building strong, credible relationships with key client stakeholders. You’ll be the go‑to escalation point, ensuring services run smoothly while continuously improving how we operate and deliver value.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own day‑to‑day service delivery, ensuring agreed service levels, KPIs, and contractual obligations are consistently met
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted point of contact
  • Monitor and guide the performance of the xAmplify delivery team
  • Provide regular service reporting aligned to contractual and governance requirements
  • Act as the primary escalation point for service issues and delivery challenges
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, optimisation, and innovation
  • Focus on enabling measurable business outcomes for customers, not just operational delivery

Location & Working Model

  • 100% onsite role based in Canberra, ACT
  • Candidates must be Canberra‑based
  • Participation in an on‑call roster is required, with flexibility to support outside standard business hours

Eligibility Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory
  • Active NV1 or higher AGSVA security clearance is required (this role supports a Federal Government client)

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a strong operational mindset, confidence in client engagement, and a passion for service excellence. We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • Leadership capability within a managed services or service delivery environment
  • Experience delivering IT managed services in structured, performance‑driven environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance customer expectations with contractual obligations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capability
  • Proven ability to manage priorities, workloads, and competing demands
  • ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience delivering services using Agile methodologies and frameworks
