Clean Harbors in Brampton, ON is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their safety conscious team on a basis. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and organizing delivery routes, managing e-commerce deliveries, and providing training to employees, with the goal of ensuring daily routes are completed in the most efficient manner possible. They will serve as a primary point of contact with customers for service and sales requests, to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Ensuring Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
Schedule services to prevent and resolve Route Sales issues and complaints.
Train, develop, and manage field and sales training to applicable staff.
Manage flow of service requests to ensure customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct EOD Check-In / Check-Out process with Representatives to ensure daily. Expectations are met and employees are prepared for the day.
Providing direct customer service and associated work preparation.
Expectation to increase new sales.
Ensure completion and organization of all mandated paperwork and files.
3-5 years’ experience in a route driver management role.
Previous route driver experience is highly preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
G license and Reliable transportation required. Clean Drivers abstract.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Previous dispatch/logistics experience is a strong asset.
Valid DZ license is a strong asset but not required.
Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position.
