After a period we have an opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager / Service Account Manager to join the AE Smith team located in our Townsville branch.
Your role at AE Smith
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated HVAC team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on overseeing all aspects of HVAC contracts and supporting the management of all Maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and project execution while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance with industry best practices.
