1. Be responsible to drive end to end operational responsibilities for the assigned track/portfolio
2. Be responsible for day-to-day activities and performance of the team members
3. Drive contractual SLA/KPI and operational metrics targets .
4. Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.
5. Identify, Develop & implement continuous improvement program to increase productivity, product knowledge, efficiency & reduce cost.
6. Monitor & evaluate the performance of the team in all areas, including positive recognition & rewards, addressing individual performance improvements and identifying training gaps or needs.
7. Assist team members to resolve problems and / or escalate issues to deliver integrated leadership if appropriate.
8. Design and manage end to end internal and client facing operations stakeholder/governance management
9. Guide, groom and develop supervisors in span 1. Extensive end to end knowledge of P2P.
10. Hands on experience in AP end to end activities.
11. Establish and maintain of end to end AP process controls.
12. Good Accounting knowledge for AP month end close.
13. Strong experience and understanding on commonly used ERPs and workflow tools.
14. Hands on working experience on SAP.
15. Experience in managing a Vendor Helpdesk and resolving AP process discrepancies both with internal & external customers.
16. Good knowledge of MS Office applications and advanced excel skills
17. Good Accounting Knowledge and Basic Journal Entries
18. Good Knowledge of Vendor Account Reconciliation and Month-end accruals
19. Onshore or Remote transition experience for at least 1 project
20. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
21. Good problem solving skills
22. working experience on MIS, should have sound knowledge of various AP related metrics
23. Team leading experience of minimum team size 50+ FTEs
24. Ability to drive Operational efficiency and Transformation across end to end process landscape. B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance - Candidate should be flexible for 24&7 as per client/ internal management requirement

• should be willing to operate in India and travel/ relocate to outside India location based on project requirements
