Make an Impact by:

  • Validate service requests using structured verification checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of order inputs
  • Decompose complex requests using order classification methods to enable correct order creation pathways
  • Create service orders in ECOM using defined workflows to ensure timely provisioning
  • Establish project, billing, and circuit ties using system linkages to maintain end-to-end service integrity
  • Acknowledge customer requests via structured communication templates to confirm receipt and timelines
  • Amend orders and committed ready dates (CRD) using change control processes to reflect updated requirements
  • Configure customer and billing accounts using CRM/ECOM systems to enable accurate service activation and invoicing
  • Update customer account attributes using data maintenance protocols to ensure records accuracy (e.g., name, address, identifiers)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Credit Management, and Number Management using cross-functional coordination to resolve order dependencies
