Service Delivery Engineer, Service Delivery

We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will support delivery operations, follow SOPs, and learn troubleshooting and documentation practices. You will contribute to accurate status reporting and ticket hygiene.

You will:

• Support delivery operations and follow SOPs.
• Update records and trackers; ensure data integrity.
• Prepare basic reports and communications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet timelines.

Essential Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience
• Accuracy in task execution and documentation.
• Basic troubleshooting and monitoring skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn delivery tools and methods.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• AWS/Azure Fundamentals; ITIL Foundation or equivalent.
