Tele2 is now looking for a new colleague to join the team as a Service Delivery Coordinator working with Swedish B2Bclients. You will help ensure seamless delivery execution and a high-quality service experience for our international clients. You will be responsible for coordinating delivery activities across teams and external partners, tracking progress in support systems, and ensuring that all documentation and processes are executed accurately and on time. Your role includes managing client communication throughout the delivery lifecycle, resolving operational deviations, and supporting teams to maintain service readiness.
