The Data Center Service Coordinator role will work very closely with, and support, the Data Center leadership team to ensure tasks of day-to-day operational needs are met.
• Assist Service Delivery Executive and Leadership across client accounts
• Point of contact for administration requests for team resources, facilitating questions, and needs
• Coordinate client monthly and quarterly syncs, service review meetings, and capturing notes/action items
• Oversee recruiting activities across client accounts including opening and tracking positions Request/Resolve new hire onboarding/provisioning, including through the client portal
• Ensure completion of employee offboarding and equipment return Data and reporting responsibilities to include ‚assist leadership with tracking, gathering, and assembling data into digestible format, supporting creation and delivery of presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and Milestone HDQ
• Assist leadership in preparing confidential data for decision-making
• HS Diploma or GED
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Works Well in an Agile and Scaling Environment
• Innovative problem-solving skills
• Outstanding detail-oriented and organizational skills are a must
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently, be resourceful, and set priorities appropriately
• Clear and effective communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work well in a collaborative global environment 2+ years of office management/employee experience, or equivalent, preferred
