Job Description

The Pernod Ricard Tech team is looking for its future intern starting in September 2026 for a 6-month contract. This is an opportunity to join an international environment where innovation, technology, and conviviality drive the Group’s digital experience.
As a Service Delivery Analyst Intern, you will contribute to Pernod Ricard’s ongoing Agile & Product transformation by supporting service oversight, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Missions & Responsibilities: Working closely with Service Delivery, Service management and global & local Tech teams, you will support:

1. Tech Coaching & Knowledge Sharing (Iconic Win)

A key part of this internship is contributing to a culture of continuous learning and service excellence. You will help develop and strengthen team capabilities through coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  • Create and enhance training materials, user guides, onboarding packs, and awareness content.
  • Support workshops, demos, or knowledge-sharing sessions to help teams understand Tech services, processes, and best practices.
  • Help onboard new joiners or key users, improving their understanding of tools and workflows.
  • Propose initiatives that increase process adoption, user understanding, and Tech maturity across the organization.

2. Projects

  • Assist project managers with preparation, tracking, documentation, communication around Service delivery and Service Management Activity.
  • Participate in operational transition to RUN: readiness checks, coordination, documentation.
  • Contribute to ensuring services delivered meet operational and support requirements.

3. ITSM & Service Management

  • Contribute to ITSM activities: major incident management, problem follow-up, support to change management, CMDB updates.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives: analysis, recommendations, action plans.

4. Service Governance, KPI & Reporting

  • Produce operational reports (SLA, KPI, performance dashboards, service insights).
  • Support internal communication related to major incidents, service disruptions, and RUN activities.
  • Help identify trends and areas for service optimization.

During Your internship, You Will Develop:

  • Practical knowledge of ITSM & ITIL practices.
  • Skills in service oversight, stakeholder communication, and governance
  • Exposure to Agile & Product-oriented organizations.
  • Experience in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Confidence in coaching, training, and knowledge-sharing techniques.

Your Profile:

  • Student in an Engineering School, Computer Science program, or IT Management Master’s degree.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of, or strong interest in, ITSM / ITIL frameworks.
  • Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, curious, and excellent communicator.
