This role sits within our atmx division. atmx offers the largest high street ATM network across the country.

What does the job look like?

Working within our Macquarie Park branch, this position will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to internal and external stakeholders. Key areas include:

• Identifies and responds to management and internal team members’ needs including assisting with invoices, reporting and general office management
• Works with vendors and suppliers to manage end to end process of new ATM installations, removals or relocation
• Maintains confidentiality with company and employee information
• Manages office supplies by monitoring inventory levels, ordering stock as needed and ensuring timely receipt of supplies
• Manages relationships with external contractors to support smooth operations across building maintenance, cleaning and facilities services
• Ensures staff are kept informed through clear and timely communication of office updates, incidents, and events
• Collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance the client experience
