Eliot’s Outpatient Clinic is seeking a Service Coordinator to provide Intensive Community Care and Support (ICCS). Eliot's Outpatient Clinic provides evidence-based evaluation, counseling, and medication management for children, families and adults with mental health and substance use needs.
In this role, the Service Coordinator will develop and implement goal-oriented service plans, provide side-by-side interventions, and oversee the day-to-day needs and overall service delivery of consumers in the program. The ideal candidate must have a strong commitment to mental health recovery and the ability to establish supportive relationships with persons served.

Annual Salary $50,000—$52,000 USD
