What tasks can you expect?

  • Collaborating with the local service team to plan and coordinate service schedules for the region including service calls, maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, commissioning, installations, demonstrations and training sessions
  • Coordination with all regions for effective and cost-efficient scheduling
  • Responsible for the daily scheduling and planning of all field service technical activities
  • Follow up with customers prior to installations to ensure pre-installation requirements are met
  • Occasional visits the clients’ premises are required for training or projects
  • Escalates complex cases as per company procedures to Escalation Manager

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed technical or commercial education
  • Professional experience in technical service, customer service or in a coordinating function
  • Strong organizational talent and high customer orientation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office as well as common ERP or CRM systems
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
