Travel Percentage: NoneStribling Equipment, LLC is one of the largest John Deere Dealerships selling new and used construction, compaction, forestry, and concrete equipment in Mississippi, West Tennessee, and Arkansas. Because of continued growth, we are looking for a Service Advisor who can relate to our customers, collaborate effectively with our technical team, and provide advisory expertise within our Service Operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide the best customer service in the industry to our visitors
- Act as the customer’s main point of contact - heavy phones and email
- Work closely with the parts and service personnel to coordinate parts, labor, and sublet of needed repairs
- Deliver service-related needs to customers promptly
- Open work orders
- Prepare for the closing of retail and warranty jobs
- Collaborate with a great team
- Assist in the day-to-day operations with Parts and/or Service
- Exhibit a high level of commitment and professionalism to customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a Parts and/or Service support role within an automotive, equipment, or heavy truck dealership environment required
- Retail experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of truck and equipment industry terminology, with the ability to stay current on product technology, inventory updates, features, and accessories
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other web-based applications
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated willingness to invest time in learning and mastering all aspects of company business processes
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
