
At Enliven, we support older people to live independently and with dignity in their own homes and communities. We are seeking a fixed term Service Coordinator to join our Enliven team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred home and community support services.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing clinical practice with coordination, relationship management and service improvement.
Reporting to the Lead Service Coordinator you will support in the delivery of a flexible, restorative, community-based service that is driven by what matters most to the people we support. You will work closely with service users, whānau, support workers, allied health professionals and external stakeholders to ensure services are well coordinated, responsive and aligned with Enliven’s service model and contractual requirements.
