What You’ll Do:
Be the Hub: Coordinate all aspects of Maintenance Customer Orders (MCO)—from initiation to closure.
Drive Efficiency: Keep projects on track by managing documentation, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
Problem-Solve: Identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure smooth execution of repairs.
Deliver Quality: Validate documentation and ensure compliance with Service Excellence standards.
Support Customers: Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to keep jobs moving.

What You Bring:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and assess risks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
2–4 years in coordination, project management, or service roles (construction, oilfield, dealership experience an asset).
