Customer Service / Service Coordinator

Location: Wailuku, HI

Job Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employment

Pay: $18-25 per hour (Depending on experience)

Established in 1992, Synairgy Mechanical is a growing HVAC and indoor air quality company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Maui County. We provide installation, service, maintenance, and comfort solutions with a focus on quality work, clear communication, and dependable customer service.

We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service / Service Coordinator to help our customers and keep our daily service schedule running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working with a team. You'll be an important connection between our customers, field technicians, and Service Manager.

What You'll Do

• Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
• Respond to customer emails and service inquiries
• Schedule service appointments and maintain technician calendars
• Coordinate maintenance visits and keep maintenance schedules current
• Communicate appointment details and updates to customers and technicians
• Follow up on scheduled jobs to ensure completion or rescheduling
• Assist the Service Manager with estimates and customer follow-up
• Maintain purchase order information and accurate customer records
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with care

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service or an office support role
• A friendly, professional phone manner and a helpful attitude
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities during busy periods
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software
• Dependability and consistent follow-through
• High school diploma or equivalent
