We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Enliven team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centered home and community support services.
Based in our Tauranga Enliven office, reporting to the Lead Service Coordinator you will support in the delivery of a flexible, restorative, community-based service that is driven by what matters most to the people we support. You will work closely with service users, whānau, support workers, allied health professionals and external stakeholders to ensure services are well coordinated, responsive and aligned with Enliven’s service model and contractual requirements.
