The Service Coordinator is responsible for maintaining proper communication between all parties including service technicians, customers, operations management, and finance partners. The ideal candidate for the Service Coordinator will be detailed oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as a team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain overall ownership of all service cases from the intake of a service call, creating cases, resolution, and completion
Maintain proper communication between all parties including service technicians, customers, operations management, and finance partners
Assist with managing cases and coordinating customer appointments with the service team
Manage service calls and e-mails from customers, finance partners, and other departments
Review dashboards and reports on systems that are having issues
Update all services cases with the most up to date information in SalesForce
Ensure timely achievement of permission to operate
Advise customers on system operations and utility concerns; and
Assist with special projects when needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of project coordinator experience
1 year of customer service experience
Salesforce experience is preferred
SolarEdge/Enlighten monitoring systems experience is preferred
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with third-party vendors and colleagues
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to recognize when further clarification is needed
Strong proficiency in organizational & multi-tasking skills
Experience with a variety of computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of phone calls, emails, and workload on a consistent basis; and strong work ethic.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
$19-$21/ hr
