Purpose of the Role
Nordex Energy South Africa has 1.1GW of installed capacity across multiple wind farms. The Senior Service Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, performance monitoring and operational effectiveness of multiple wind farm service operations.
The role provides leadership through influence, ensuring operational excellence, contractual compliance, resource optimisation, and the achievement of business objectives. Acting as a key link between Field Operations, Customers, Supply Chain, Technical Support and Management, the incumbent drives performance improvement initiatives and supports strategic operational decision-making.
