ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to work in our South West Regional Office located in Geelong.

Working closely with a team of care advisors, referral agencies and service providers, our Service Coordinators are responsible for coordinating the rostering and support of a team of Home Care Workers to ensure the right employee is rostered to provide the right service, to the right client, at the right time.

ABOUT YOU:

If you are passionate about supporting people in your local community, you have excellent customer service and communication skills and you enjoy working in an environment where the changing needs of our clients are a priority, then we want to hear from you!

A Certificate III in Individual Support and experience with rostering systems would be advantageous, but not essential.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Candidates are required to meet the position and qualification requirements.

  • Provide a current Working with Children Check (Mercy Health may conduct additional background checks subject to current legislation), NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

  • Proof of vaccination status consistent with public health orders and with Mercy Health’s policy (includes but is not limited to COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccination compliance requirement).

Employment with Mercy Health is subject to satisfactory background checks which can include Police Record Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
