EVSE Australia is a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, dedicated to accelerating the transition to sustainable transportation across Australia and New Zealand. EVSE delivers end-to-end EV charging infrastructure for residential, commercial, government, and fleet clients and is committed to powering a cleaner future by making electric mobility accessible, reliable, and convenient for all.

Due to internal promotion, EVSE is looking for a proactive and engaging Service Coordinator to step into the business in an on-site full-time role in Silverwater to help us scale and deliver the highest quality service to our diverse customer base. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting the Engineering and Services Team with the everyday operations the end-to-end servicing process.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling & Coordination: Organise site visits, reactive servicing, and annual maintenance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams, customers, and contractors.
• Billing & Database Management: Oversee service payments and maintain accurate records.
• Admin & Documentation: Process orders, quotes, and service documentation.
• Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries and support customer service channels.
• Sales Support: Identify opportunities to promote annual maintenance packages.
• Invoicing: Ensure timely and proactive invoicing.

• Scheduling field work and coordinating contractors
• Booking and managing customer appointments
• Experience using maintenance, service management, or workforce scheduling systems
• Experience working within tiered support environments (L1-L4)
• Managing competing priorities while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
