What You’ll Do As A Service Coordinator:
✔ Schedule & Coordinate: Manage project appointments and ensure seamless execution
✔ Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and support
✔ Administrative Organization: Maintain accurate records, installation paperwork, and project details
✔ Team Collaboration: Work with production teams to optimize scheduling and operations
✔ Process Improvement: Assist leadership in streamlining workflows for efficiency
What We’re Looking For In A Service Coordinator:
Experience in logistics, scheduling, administration, or customer service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail while managing multiple projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & scheduling software (or ability to learn)
