Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Coordinator to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the daily Service schedule
  • Making changes as the day progresses
  • Closing all Work Orders, place go back tickets, coordinate additional work as technicians free up in the day
  • Create Work Orders daily and make scheduling calls to customers
  • Invoice all Work Orders as they are completed
  • Coordinate Inspections annually, monthly and quarterly for Service customers
  • Schedule Service Job appointments and add to schedule
  • Assist with Jobs for Service ( order parts, scheduling, job close out, job hours data)
  • Assist in coordinating sub contractors with Work Orders and part shipments for Service

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years progressively responsible, related administrative experience
  • Excellent PC (word-processing, spreadsheet) skills
  • Efficient and timely performance of administrative assignments
  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels as work in high stress situations.
  • Strong customer relation skills
  • Maintain a good working attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturer certification or product knowledge with CCure, Amag, Genetec, S2, Alarm.com, EST, DMP and Connect One
