• Schedule and coordinate field service work
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians
• Responding to queries and maintain good customer relations and preparation of quotations.
• Ensure service jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Maintain service records, track job progress, and manage workflow
• Assist with parts ordering, invoicing, and reporting as needed
• Monitor and track work in progress.

• Ideally experience within OEM equipment or related heavy industry
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Ready to transition into a coordination role and support a skilled team
• Proficiency in service management systems or willingness to learn
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
