Service Coordination Responsibilities (Primary Focus)

• Coordinate and schedule service calls, technicians, and required resources to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Serve as the main point of contact for service-related inquiries from customers and internal teams
• Prepare, update, and maintain service work orders and related documentation
• Support Service Managers with reporting, tracking of service activities, and timely follow-ups
• Monitor job progress and proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes to stakeholders

Warehouse & Tool Support Responsibilities (Secondary)

• Manage tools, equipment, and inventory to support field technicians’ needs
• Track tool sign-in/sign-out and ensure accurate documentation is maintained
• Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory and stock levels
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure required tools and materials are readily available
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
