About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will manage the full lifecycle of service requests—from initial review through resolution. You’ll verify job details, coordinate scheduling, support field teams, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple active service files while maintaining accuracy and urgency.
