The Service Coordinator HOPE partners with clients recovering from mental illness, chemical dependency, and/or co-occurring conditions to identify, access, and maintain linkages with treatment, housing, rehabilitation, and community services. Working within a person-centered approach, the Service Coordinator teaches essential living skills to support clients in achieving stable, independent living and improving their quality of life.
In compliance with NYS's Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is listed above. East House considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
