Our Enliven Service is a leading provider of home and community support for older people and those with disabilities or recovering from injury. Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity

This is a fixed term opportunity, covering Maternity leave starting in April 2026 until May 2027 and 40 hours per week. Based within Rotorua with the flexibility to travel throughout the region, with a company vehicle, for business and personal use.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Service Coordinator will ensure the delivery of our client-driven and flexible community based support services to the highest of standards. Leading a team of Support Workers within the area and continuing to develop knowledge to support our clients needs.

We would love to hear from you if you have :

  • Have a current NZ Registered Nurse Practicing Certificate

  • NZ Citizen, Resident or appropriate work visa status

  • A proven track record in a health background

  • Ability to drive and develop a team

  • Enjoy working independently but also as part of a team

  • Capability to prioritise and manage your time effectively, with well developed organisational skills

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
