Vacancy: Service Co‑ordinator

Location: Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha
Employment Type: Permanent

A well‑established national services company is seeking a Service Co‑ordinator to join their operations team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service activities, liaising with clients and internal teams, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong communication skills and experience in service coordination or administrative support within an operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating daily service activities and schedules
  • Liaising with clients, technicians, and internal departments
  • Managing job cards, service requests, and follow‑ups
  • Ensuring accurate capture and administration of service information
  • Assisting with reporting and general branch administration
  • Maintaining professional client relationships and service standards

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in a service coordination, administration, or similar role
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Professional, reliable, and detail‑oriented
