We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator located in Fond du Lac, WI
How you will contribute:
As a Service Coordinator, you will be able to demonstrate high attention to detail while managing fire alarm monitoring customers with setup, communications with regional offices, customers, technicians, and more. You will also enter and update customer information into our data management software and portals as well as facilitate communication between Ahern and our customers. Other aspects of this role will be assisting and troubleshooting issues with technicians, reviewing invoices, and acting as the overall Subject Matter Expert. Strong data entry and formatting skills, focus on quality control of data input, and attention to detail is essential as you support our many offices. If you are highly organized and enjoy multi-tasking responsibilities, this is the opportunity for you.
What you need to qualify:
Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience working in an office or service admin-type position. Those that will excel in this role at Ahern will have excellent customer service skills, strong keyboarding accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast pace work environment.
