We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Sales Office in Greece (location Athens).

What is the role about? 

As an organizational and administrative talent, you play a key role in coordinating our Team of Service Engineers to ensure that resources are used most effective and efficient.

Which tasks will you perform? 

You will:

  • play an active role in the service acquisition process by preparing quotations, following up with customers, placing service orders, coordinating documentation and travel arrangements, mobilizing resources for service execution, supporting invoicing activities, and collecting customer feedback
  • plan and schedule service activities while preparing all required paperwork, permits, orders, and related administrative tasks to ensure smooth and timely service execution
  • maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to align all administrative aspects prior to service delivery and keep customers informed about service status, scheduling, and engineer assignments
  • organize and optimize service activities based on available resources, while preparing service proposals and following up on submitted quotations to support business success
  • understand and manage priorities and urgencies to ensure that all service requests are fulfilled on time and with a high level of quality and efficiency
  • assign service activities according to the competencies of team members and the specific needs of internal and external customers to ensure optimal service delivery

What do we expect from you?​ 

You: 

  • have an educational background in industrial engineering or administration, combined with outstanding administrative competencies and coordination skills
  • have proven professional experience in a similar position
  • have very good knowledge of and are proficient in handling ERP and CRM systems (SBO or SAP, Sales Force environment would be an advantage)
  • are very knowledgeable in accounting topics and have experience as accounting assistant (issue of invoices, delivery notes etc.)
  • communicate fluently in Greek and additionally have very good oral and written skills in English
  • are an open‑minded and customer‑focused personality with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to changes quickly, the ability to manage all your responsibilities independently, excellent communication skills, and the resilience to handle customers' requests in a calm and solution‑oriented manner
