Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily service activities for technicians and field staff.
Allocate service requests efficiently based on priority, location, and resource availability.
Monitor service schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments and service requirements.
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and scheduling reports.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure availability of parts, equipment, and resources.
Follow up on pending service requests and customer inquiries.
Track technician productivity and service performance metrics.
Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company service standards and customer service expectations.
Requirements
G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification in any stream.
Diploma or professional qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
